Agreement

Lingoo is provided by Smart Creator AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using Lingoo you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The service

Lingoo offers real-time voice translation across 91 languages. Translation accuracy depends on input clarity, ambient noise, and language pair. We make no guarantee of accuracy; do not rely on Lingoo for critical, legal, medical, or safety-sensitive communication.

Subscriptions

• Paid plans auto-renew monthly via your Apple ID. Minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policy.
• Free tier: 60 seconds total, non-renewing.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lingoo to transmit illegal content, harass others, or circumvent infrastructure protections (rate limits, authentication, abuse controls). We may suspend accounts that violate this.

Intellectual property

Lingoo and its branding are owned by Smart Creator AI LLC. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the app for personal purposes.

No warranty

Lingoo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Creator AI LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from use of the service, including mistranslation, service outages, or security incidents. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
